players must register online. There will be no paper registration
form. Players are strongly encouraged to register online in
advance to avoid lines at check-in. There will be a
limited number of computers available on the first night for walk-up
registrations.If you have not
registered in advance, you will need to register at check-in before you
can skate. Payment of the $45 evaluation fee must be made with cash or
check on the first night.

Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the evaluation to
provide ample time to check-in and get dressed to skate.At check-in on the first night, all
players will need to provide the following paperwork before skating:
