The RRW Program Moves Into A State Of The Art Training Facility In April 2009.

 

The RRW Program Founder Jay Kirk is excited and proud to announce that Off-Ice Training has moved into the Pieters Family Life Center in Henrietta. This facility offers three quality training and development areas within the facility, Plus Much More!

 

First a full size Gymnasium offering tremendous versatility within CORE, Power / Speed running, agility drills and unlimited Sports Specific Performance Training. World-Wide recognized G1 Performance Training Routines are now expanding to new levels.  

 

Next is a fully mirrored Fitness Circuit Center with New, State Of The Art Cybex Training Equipment. Treadmills, Stair Steppers, Elliptical Equipment and Color Coded Universal Weight Machines along with G1 Performance tools. Unlimited training programs and routines will be utilized based on age and fitness abilities.

 

Topping it off, the RedWings will now be incorporating Sports Specific, low-impact, power training routines in the Therapeutic HydroWorx 2000 Swim Spa. This Spa is currently used in several NFL Training Facilities, and was the main resource in the Newest Buffalo Bill- Terrell Owens Rehab and Recovery. The HW 2000 is also utilized by the Ottawa Senators of the NHL. RRW founder Jay Kirk works direct with the Sens training staff and was amazed when given a demonstration in Ottawa last summer. The HW 2000 is the only swim Spa of its kind in Upstate NY and we are proud to say we are the only Youth Program in NY that offers this training as part of the Youth Hockey Development Experience.
